    ... rock, and the more they stumbled over the words. It would have been great to awaken them to bagpipes, since they kept most of the street awake. Funny that no one called the police.     ... by just not cutting the grass at all there...and now the grass is about 4 feet tall and about 10 feet wide and 6 feet deep just enough to cover the boxes. He also steps outside periodically and serenades the street with his bagpipes, marching up and down in front of his house, playing various tunes.     ... and explanations. It's all dead. The plants, the water. All of it. And the information kiosk no longer had the electronic map, showing where things of interest might be found.
