... the yacht club BBQ’s introduced us to pulled pork (hog roast, shredded), pulled chicken and fish sandwiches. As I have moved south to the Grenadines, the flavours of the Caribbean have been more in evidence, and they certainly have great fish and vegetables in plenty. The restaurants on the whole have been disappointing though, and self-catering, on a yacht or in a villa, is probably the best option unless you can afford a few grand a night for a swanky ...

... the busy season, selling everything from ice, bread, and lobsters and even to jewelry. They are a friendly bunch and very obliging if you need them to bring you ice or bread the next day. If you want to be left alone, they will do that also.
