Went to the gym again this morning, it seems to be getting harder not easier...

... We stay on board playing and watching a movie. There are quite a lot of sailboats around us, most of them with the French flag. Our catamaran is 47 feet and we find it the perfect size for us: this way, we do not find each other constantly. The skipper is a reserved person and he leaves us all the space we need. Also, he only eats once a day!

John is now here at the cockpit, reading about that type of toxic algae ...

... When I think "Caribbean" Bequia is what springs to my mind. Clearly we had chosen a great locations for our weekend 'holiday'! 2/1 We motorsailed the 5 miles to Charleston Bay on Cannouan and picked up a mooring in front of hotel, we had a walk ashore and explored further than last time and the island improved the further south we went. In the evening we went back to the southern beach restaurant “ The Mangroves” and had a excellent steak dinner ( our first for months).
