... Turtles are the biggest I've ever seen. Just beyond the reef and Petit Tabac is Worlds End Reef. What a great name. To be continued..... Our first snorkel reckie and what a show. A 4 ft Turtle with 2 lampray hitchhikers sat on his back on the seabed next to our anchor. It was not phased one iota and sat unperturbed when we swam down to get a closer look. What a beauty! The apartment we were staying at for the weekend was situated at lower bay beach. There were perhaps three restaurants as well as the accommodation we were staying at, along the entirety of the bay. Needless to say, we spent a great deal of the weekend there, soaking up the sun. On the Saturday, we went on a ...

... hair of the dog was even better.

2/1 We motorsailed the 5 miles to Charleston Bay on Cannouan and picked up a mooring in front of hotel, we had a walk ashore and explored further than last time and the island improved the further south we went. In the evening we went back to the southern beach restaurant “ The Mangroves” and had a excellent steak dinner ( our first for months).

3/1 We had another bashing on the 19 miles back into the wind ...
