Feeling more energized today, most itching gone and lethargy replaced by wanting to go and see the town and local surroundings, we did the daily chores( yes there are some!) making water, bottling up the fridge( dray) lol. There's nothing more refreshing than a glass of iced cold water when dripping hot!! It's so nice not having to traipse the 4 litre bottles from shop to ...

26/12 we sailed the 12 miles round to the stunning embayed southern coast of Grenada and anchored in the bay behind Hog Island, stunning, surrounded by mangroves and then trees up the side of hillside with a little 50m beach and a ...

... skin off his elbows ... I woke up covered in his blood, and he asked 'where did that come from?', er, check your arms. Thanks.

Suffice to say, the following 10 days of the girls' visit went more or less in the same vein, with highlights inc

* Kim tripping over a speedbump and bouncing off the road two mins after arriving. On closer inspection, there was no speed bump.
* Kim's dress popping open every 1 second, resulting in her dancing to reggae in a local ...
