      ... 66"

Has to be the ultimate road trip! I have dreamed of doing the "mother road" for years. I have books, maps, videos, hats, tee shirts, memorabilia, you name it. Over time cruising Route 66 in some kind of a hot rod surfaced on the top of my "bucket list".
This all became a reality on my 70 birthday, when my two daughters and family presented me with this gift, The card read;"Isn't it time you got your ...

All is going well and we should be arriving in Dayton,OH in about 3 hours. That's all for now.. -Jumanda ...

The quilts are quite an expensive purchase and fairly bulky so we settled for buying a nice ...

... The two oldest boys, Dale and Mitch are heading to the supermarket to restock with some drinks and find something for tea....... Should we be worried?!?! I think the last discussion I heard was maybe ham and cheese toasted sandwiches. We have made a new little friend. I expect the property has a resident cat as it has strolled in through the porch door and is sitting next to me on the couch!! I met him yesterday when he popped up on my lap when I was sitting on the rocking ...

... that has another two queen beds and a pool table, another larger bathroom with a corner spa bath. The cabin has a front door coming from where you park the car and a back door that lead to your own porch filled with chairs and Amish made rustic rocking chairs. There is an outdoor grill, park bench and a fire place outside. Didn't get a chance to take photos of the cabin and surrounds today, but I will add them tomorrow. I went for a little walk while everyone was ...
