His take on our stay in Manchester Center:

A wonderful location with trees turning to beautiful colours (colors) and some nice restaurants with less challenging American accents. We attended the Orvis Fly Fishing 2 day school at Orvis Headquarters. The building is itself very appealing and situated beside its' own casting ponds filled with rainbow trout to bring realism to outdoor practice sessions. ...

We are meandering our way from Hudson, NY to Bartlett, NH. Our big pow wow late last night was to decide our route for today. Decision time. Straight toward Bartlett or take some back roads through the Berkshires and take in the special Van Gogh exhibition at The Clark in Williamstown, Ma.? We've been cued in to this exhibit by our friends Judy and Robert - and we go decide to go for The Clark – it’s ...

Another little piece of history is the Little Red School House, built in 1868. The one room school stands in its original spot. Unfortunately, we weren't able to go inside, although the brochure said it was open. Still, a nice piece of Americana. We then ventured into the little town of Shelburne Falls to see their uniquely different tourist attraction, ...

... is very cheap as he is determined not to have the air conditioner on in the car as he said it cost 10% more in fuel. Oh my god I think I am going to strangle him, hahaha.

Made it to Charlemont without any deaths so I guess we will continue onto Copperstown. I thought the humidity would get better going into the mountains but oh no it is just making us drenched.

    Again sorry no pictures.
