... picture of last week. There was no sun out so our shadows were hiding =[ next time the suns out I'll make my way over there for a picture of my own. On our way home we stopped at the Sunlight Restaurant and Bar for a late lunch. There I had lots of questions and my first meal in England. Rob got scouse for his app, which is like a lamb stew. So it was about 9.40am before I got out of my pit, and got washed and dressed. We then decided to go and get some exercise, so we went up and did five laps (equivalent to one mile) round the promenade deck in the crisp air.

Then it was back to our cabin to get our Fred Olsen ...

... do something for Armistice Day.

The service was very good; it finished with a bugler playing the Last Post followed by two minutes’ silence. Then we all went to the aft decks, where a large memorial wreath was committed to the deep.

Afterwards we returned to 5050 and I got changed into my gym gear! Yes, I am actually determined to go to the gym every day to try to keep my fitness up and also to work off at least some of the extra calories ...
