    ... Sandy Greenbaum for a quick visit. They are staying in Red Bay, AL having their wonderful motor home refurbished; so we arranged a meeting.     ... too high as a place of interest for me. I've always had visions of a slightly scary metro of 5 or 6 million people covering something like 18 counties with massively wide 12-lane highways and little in the way of mass transit so that you have to drive to go anywhere and everywhere and inevitably have to spend a lot of time stuck in traffic.

    The wake up call came way too early, I was in a deep sleep. I had Jeff bring me over a dress & pair of shoes in his suitcase for the flight home. He noticed that his empty suitcase had quickly filled up with my purchases.
