... programs asked us about our next adventure, and we told her we were going cross country and ending up in Napa Valley. She mentioned that she was from there and that her brother-in-law did tours of Napa wine country. So, we emailed him and made the arrangements. It worked out great.)
We just got back to our Bed and Breakfast and arranged for a cab to take us to town around 7:30 for dinner.
Picking up the RV tomorrow morning and heading to Lake Tahoe.
... We then had an ostrich burger, which did not have ostrich but was hands-down the best burger I've ever eaten. The dessert-- a beer-infused something-- wasn't great, but the rest of the food more than made up for it.
Afterward, we walked downtown napa and ended up at another bar. I don't remember the name but it was right next to Anthony's and we sat and talked for a bit. When we were finished, we returned home to get some sleep.

... really great white wine. Their vineyards are less hot so they can produce some really interesting juice!
Last stop of the day was to revisit Merryvale we absolutely love their wines. We had another tasting which included their Premier 2010 stunning and some other Cab blends wonderful wine.
We will walk into town tonight to enjoy a local wine bar this first visit to Napa has been a wonderful experience.
... American Breakfast we headed up north to wine heaven aka Napa Valley. And what a day it was! Thank you dear friends for the tip! The fog has all cleared up and temperature rose to as much as 39 degrees. We drove through the valley with winyards on both sides, had cold Pino Grigio accompanied by a life band at one of the wineries, bathed in lake Berryessa and in the end chose one of the small towns as our place for the night.
