On Monday we drove to Cape Cod and explored and enjoyed a nice dinner near Chatham. Very quiet but beautiful area. At one visitor info booth we stopped at, the lady thought we were from England because Mark used the term 'brilliant' and no one except the English say that. Go figure. ...

I have been home since the end of May when I returned with Justin after his visit to us in Shanghai. Jim was able to join us in Halifax, NS to celebrate Justin's graduation, and again at the beginning of July for a short vacation.

Since then I have been enjoying my time at home gardening, walking, visiting friends, helping my mom with a move, and visiting family.

I want to complete my last blog entry from Justin’s visit ...

Tuesday September 10.........We were staying on the top floor of the Clarion. We awoke in the morning to a huge thunderstorm. Lightning everywhere and the thunder shook the building. It was raining sideways. There was no real rush today. We were about 7 hours from home. It eventually stopped raining but it remained misty and grey. The hotel didn't have a breakfast bar, there was a full restaurant. We decided to pass on that and find something along the ...
