    Last week when we went to pick MDSIL (My Dear Sister In Law) from the bus station the Sat Nav got me a bit flustered and I ended up driving with the trams then down a bus only lane. Cousin Louise said I'd get a ticket and I did. Didn't get one when I drove down a bus only lane in Ireland. ...

    ... at first said the weight limit for a bag was 20kg, MDSILs was 23kg. He also insulted MDSIL by calling her a New Zealander. Anyway one smile from MDSIL he took the bag then we said our farewells. Bon Voyage Dianne, you are one in a million! She said: Our land lady, my dear friend and sister-in-law, I can't wait to see you again. I will go to a dietician when I return although you did introduce me to Posh Fish Finger Sandwiches. So now I am torn between dietician and pub food! Love you! ...

    By March I am aiming to get up to a once a week 3 hour run (10min/mile pace.) During March/April I will then start to do 2 x 2hour sessions on consecutive days; then follow this with 2 x 2hour sessions in the same day!

    May, taper off during May for a May 18th /20th start. Will it be enough? What you think?
