Flew into Milwaukee and caught the train to Chicago while Tracy takes the rental car to Elkhorn. Thursday - Brookfield Zoo was great as always. Dolphin show got us soaked. Weather was perfect. Friday- rented a Divvy bike downtown. $7 for the day, but you have to return it to a bike rack somewhere in town within 30 minutes. I road from the train station to buckingham fountain, along the lakefront to The Field Museum and put it in a rack there while I visited the museum. Then ...

Double header

Spent the day today here in camp. Cooking, cleaning and watching a double header on tv. We had another HUGE storm again tonight. Two nights in a row there have been tornado warnings here and they had to take everyone from the tent sites and have them sit in the basement of the camp office. We watched it for hours. ... In Montana we really hippied it up by washing up in a water spigot near our campsite. We poured quarts of frigid cold water over our heads. I hadn’t brushed my hair in 3 days and it was so tangled that Blake had to do it for me. Blake, a guy who grew up with all brothers, had to try to get all my knots out! But he was a good sport :)
