          The flight was relatively smooth and shorter at only 10 hours. No-one got any sleep so we asked the cabin crew for tips on beating jet lag. They advised us to go home and sleep for a couple of hours and then no matter how we felt force ourselves to get up and do stuff until 10pm and then go to bed as normal.
