A 4 hour flight from Perth, into Indonesia a mad, chaotic, hot, sweaty place full of mosquitoes and motorbikes, not too sure what there's most of but I was double tapped on the ankles just checking into the hotel and they itch like crazy. Went out and had too much to drink on the first night, which is neither smart or bright in 35C temps and 85% …

From Kuta we are going to do a road trip on the Scooter up to Ubud and further. We'll see where it takes us.

Stress of the Week: Trying to avoid getting pulled over from more police!
Worried if I killed that poor snake.

We met the owner Rocky who was a great addition to the trip. As the eldest child in his family he went to Singapore to study at 17 years old. He spent then time in Stratford as a chef ...

... there and there was no queue. So we got our visas right away and headed off to get our bags like last time, thinking that we then had to get on a domestic plane for Bali. The time was 7.45pm when we got to the carrousel. I knew we had arrived at Jakarta an hour later than it said we would when we bought our tickets so I thought I better check our boarding passes for the next flight to see what time it left. To my dismay it said that boarding time was 8.10pm and ...
