Early start- down to the beach By 7.30. Vicki went for a light jog of 8 kms!!! I enjoyed the serenity of clean sand, sound of the waves, very few people - did some yoga and meditation. Back to the resort for breakfast - decided on what days to do tours selected. Then some time out before we embarked on our shopping expedition.

... voltage to the batteries. Since my monitor is ‘dumb’ and doesn’t actively monitor voltage (it uses a linear amperage draw to show available charge) they ‘system’ as a whole did not work properly. Multiple calls and explanations to the chief engineer yielded a return trip but still not effectively done. ... flight was uneventful - in Singapore had to catch an airport train to another Terminal - wait for about an hour - and boarded around 1am 1st October.
Bob and I had a lovely surprise as we were upgraded to Business Class - which is wonderful with Singapore air. Was able to sleep for a while - and woke to a slap up breakfast.
Arrived in Brisbane 10.30am.
