... trains, more and more people got on at each station. Most seemed to be heading for a big match at Madison Square Gardens. I was excited to see in the distance the out of town Secaucus Hilton Hotel which we've used as our base during Wesley Pop Choir tours to New York. Changing trains at Secaucus was quite an experience, as hundreds of people crowded onto the platform bound for Penn Station. Already crowded trains couldn't take any more passengers, so it was fortunate that there ...

Today was the toughest day so far. Our target was to hit 50 miles which we just about got to. We climbed up through the mountains of Pensilvania, amounting to just short of 2000 feet of climbing. I never realise that many hills existed on earth, they ...

That's right... three nights in a row without internet!

The first, at Monticello, their internet had gone down. The next, it was so slow I couldn't even access e-mails. Last night I was on the road.

But I assure you I have some great things to tell you all about my visit to Walkill, particularly Patterson and, finally, Brooklyn.

I should get these ready tonight... thanks for your patience.
