... idea to get some nice dinner, especially since our bed for the night would be the coach from Montevideo to Salto and so we don't have to pay to stay anywhere. Day 2 in Punta del Este

We waited for about 10 minutes, and we were about to give up and just make do with what we had, when she called to me, and handed me two broken-down TV boxes. Touring around La Barra
... as the pumpkin risotto as it was just a steak on a plate, but it was good. Then we ordered coffee and tried the Uruguayan flan with dulce de leche. Another moaning moment for me:-) It was sooooooooooo good. I am not really a dessert person but I have come to love the flan and dulce de leche offerings.
When we returned to the hotel I went to my room but I didn't go to bed until after 2AM.
It was another superb day in Punta del Este.
