    ... later we met the mayor of Vilshoffen who invited us to a mini Octoberfest in a tent outside the ship. We walked in a sudden snowstorm from the ship to the tent. We were provided with big soft pretzels and a glass of German beer. There was a band playing traditional Bavarian music. The queen of the beer festival was there to tell us about the dance.
