... with the buoy and she sold us another thingamajig in gold which I preferred for 1/2 price ie $5. We then went to Damarisotta to see the huge pumpkins. ... guns and ammunition. There is everything that anyone would want or need in the outdoors. We bought a jerky gun to make our own jerky in the motorhome and bought some other things.

After spending two hours in Cabelas, we headed to Freeport. We ate supper in LL Bean granddaughter’s restaurant: seafood chowder for Karen and franks and beans for me.

... on, but hey! I'm on vacation....

I could already taste the plump, fresh salty oysters and boy was my patience was rewarded. I ordered a mix of the house oysters Glidden Point Select, Damariscotta and Pemaquid. I really had no need of a sandwich, as I wished I ordered more oysters. My zinc levels fully reestablished, we ate and relaxed in the sunshine with the panoramic view of the harbor, and life is good!
