It is a fun place to spend some time wondering " HOW DID THEY DO THAT?"
... nemalou část této provincie. Navštívili jsme informační centrum a zúčastnili se prohlídky elektrárny samotné. Poté jsme udělali ještě několik kratších zastávek a procházek v hlubokém údolí řeky vytékající z nádrže dříve než jsme se vydali na dlouhou cestu přes Edmonton až do Calgary.
Stunning Sun rise this morning. Steam and Mist rising from the Lake. What an Idyllic place to be. Waited for the tents to dry and left at 8.45. Great roads and scenery through Quesnel and up to Chetwynd. Decided to find somewhere here as time was getting on. Found a road going North to Moberly Lake. Found a nice spot by the Lake. Had dinner with a few beers around the camp fire, Nice !

... for lunch, and perhaps go no further at all. Who will care. We soon sighted a flat shelf big enough to beach the canoe and to spread out our towels. Life vests make great pillows. The water was pretty chilly but in I went for a quick skinny dip, then there was lots of time to warm up in the sun and enjoy our coolers. ... to haul it all around in. It seems that to have all this it means working long hours & spending weeks away from home living in campgrounds. But if you are home trying to have a reasonable family life, then how do you pay for all the toys. It is a crazy lifestyle for sure. Guess it works for some, but not many. Anyhow, time for bed. Gotta be all rested for our canoe adventure tomorrow.
