... With only safety glasses, we were allowed to pretty much wander through the whole plant. California have introduced very strict emission rules so Coe are restricted in the type and amount of machinery they can export. The boys were like kids in a lolly shop, crawling over stuff and trying to see anything they could use to their advantage. Back to the hotel for a quick change and we were off to ...

... seemed to stretch for miles gave me flashbacks on par with what would be my own personal Vietnam. I sat there idling in my car at the mouth of the road, scanning the trees for Charlies, hoping to find any sign that I shouldn't risk getting Adam stuck again. Seeing no signs, man made or celestial, I take a deep breath and continue down the road to my home for the night.

Other cars parked around the small campgrounds gave me the confidence that everything ...

... radiator hose, and over the course of many bumpy roads, had finally worn a hole in the hose and completely drained the radiator. The engine light had also come on, indicating that the head gaaskets had overheated. Had I driven any further, there likely would have been serious engine damge all caused by a stupid install job that easily could have been fixed.

... At the end everyone jumped off together and dad got a great photo.

The next day we went canoeing down the Russian River ( note from parents - a great wine area). We had 3 kayaks, and 1 capsized immediately ( dad and susa in charge!). We had a picnic on the riverside and jumped off lots of rocks and swam in the river. It was pretty hard to paddle as ...

Left Sonoma late, because we had to wait for Maingate to move our trailer....California is a whole new experience, would not want to live here at all because
        1. I don't like seeing the air I breath
        2. People are rude
        3. People are impatient
        4. And they are a strange bunch (everybody weres black socks with shorts and sneakers)
        5. They talk funny
But I have to say there is some really nice scenery up in northern California.....
        Will put pictures on ...
