We have been in Ballston Spa since August 10 and having a wonderful time. The kids are just delightful. The schedule here is busy and we fall into bed at our usual 9:00 many nights earlier than that. We decided a boat ride would be a great way to see Lake George. Our boat was named Mohican, and gave us a great ride around the lake. The lake is 32 miles long as has lots of history. We were surprised at how populated the lake is with homes and just how popular the lake is for boaters. ... had seen. This was a resort owned by the YMCA. It is a place a lot of family's come to relax and join in good old family activities.

On the drive to the YMCA we saw several nice little towns, Bolton and Bolton Landing. All the little towns along the lake have motels, restaurants and plenty of tourists.
