Started the day with a
tour of Jim beams distillery including samples. The honey bourbon with
ice and water was OK but nothing I'd buy.
Heading towards Cleveland to visit the Rock Hall of fame as our last visit before heading home.
Got stuck in a couple of traffic jams and torrential rain.
Again the radio was interrupted for warnings.....thunderstorms and
flooding. That's OK as long as they don't come ...

We passed the exit to King’s Island around 10:45 and remembered the first time we were there when our girls were just little kids. That was the last time I rode a roller coaster since I thought I was going to lose Kim on one of the hills because she was MUCH too short to be on it and I thought she was going to fall out! Today was our last traveling day! We were in off and on showers all day until we reached Cleveland and then it was continuous showers until we reached Wooster. ... about the history of the prison and the inmates that are still housed there. Yes, I mean a ghost tour. Regardless of what tour you are on you are not allowed to take pictures out of the windows. Bordering the now closed prison is two active prisons. It is a federal crime to photograph an active prison. This I did not know. We could look out the window and see 100's of orange suits dotting the prison yards.

... cleared in the late morning, and when it cleared it was perfect: sunny, white puffy, and temps in the mid-70s. It was a great day to be on the back roads of middle America.
