... to be that most of the rode were paved and hardly any hills. We walked around town and windowed shopped. The buildings are very neatly decorated and even the under side of the eves are painted. We then found a open crepe store and had our early dinner! I had dulce de licha crepe and kimmie got a egg and cheese crepe. Very yummy! We settled in for the evening and got ready for our last day of riding. Can't believe it has gone by so fast! But I am ready to go home ...

... Lucerne (Luzern) was a sight to see. Situated on Lake Lucerne, it was an unforgettable experience... I hope (reference to opening remarks of entry). Anyway, I walked around the city and enjoyed its energy. The lake is the home of many, many swans. We get off the boat at 1:47pm the next train goes to Zurich at 1:51pm we rush but miss by seconds - these trains run like Swiss ...

... of 'The Chapel Bridge', the water tower, the Lion Monument & the railway station.

This place deserves much more time and hence we decided to uncheck the destination for a later visit.

It was time to head to Zurich and wander around the city for couple of hours and then fly back home.

In all the trip was a great success of meeting my old friend and eating lots of chocolates and cheese.

We will come back, oh beautiful Swiss:)

So, yes, I realize that I am back in the United States now-- back to reality, if you will-- but I feel bad not summing up my last week in Switzerland.

After making it onto the airplane around 9 o'clock in the morning, I managed to fall asleep before we even took off the runway. This moment was quite a feat considering how nervous I still get before every flight. The EgyptAir flight from Cairo to Geneva, Switzerland was very nice, probably one of ...
