... to be that most of the rode were paved and hardly any hills. We walked around town and windowed shopped. The buildings are very neatly decorated and even the under side of the eves are painted. We then found a open crepe store and had our early dinner! I had dulce de licha crepe and kimmie got a egg and cheese crepe. Very yummy! We settled in for the evening and got ready for our last day of riding. Can't believe it has gone by so fast! But I am ready to go home ...
Switzerland is stunning; the mix of mountains, countryside, and forests all next to the large city of Zurich really is spectacular. We headed up to the Uetliberg which is the last stop on a train line and over looks the city from about a 1,000 feet up. The view was awesome, we could barely make out the snow covered Alps from the top of the hill since it was a cloudy day though.
... through it. We visited the famous churches in Zurich and then spent some time shopping (window shopping) and then grabbed some food and sat down in a cafe and watched a square. One of the local Zurich orchestra's were doing a concert in the square next to the cafe so we were able to enjoy some of that. Our final task that evening was packing everything up (not an easy task and mostly done by Carly)
... But we still hiked around the top. It was very very cold so I was glad I had my winter jacket.
Some of the more adventurous in our group decided to hike around the rock off the trails like a bunch of crazy people. One of my good guy friends on the trip, Sam, lost his camera this way.
