The views along the way are amazing and the experience is worth the effort. Most hikers go back down the AT to the campground where they left their packs, but I heard this hike was much better.

My shoes are at total breaking point, wearing through thin on the bottom so now I am feeling every bump straight to the foot. Very tired and painful steps. Fortunately though today's 24 was my last big hiking day!!!

Second Movement
... dogs are ok however they are not allowed near the mountains since it's so difficult of a hike. Heading out in a few minutes to walk the big city. I think it's 1 block wide by 5 blocks. The city center doesn't even have a stop light. I am 80% sure we are in a 2 light town. We will be heading out tomorrow morning heading south.
