    We decided to have our engine parts shipped and we got a 10 day pass for the lock system: a whopping $37.50!! We moved down to Fort Edward at Lock #7 for a few nights.     On our way out of Stowe, we stopped at the Waterbury Cabot Cheese Creamery factory outlet. Maura and I helped ourselves to the myriad of cheese samples. Our taste test revealed Seriously Sharp as our #1 choice, even though we macked down alot of the premium cheeses: Farmhouse Reserve, Alpine Cheddar and Everything Bagel.
