... which is proving problematic, you can see I'm in a pretty nice place. The man I was recommended to owns a few villa's and the eatery pictured, Bagyu's Cafe just a few yards away. I had Nasi Goreng for lunch and it bore no resemblance to dishes of the same name I have eaten in Oz. In other words it was wonderful. Tonight I ate at a Japanese Warung (their name for a hole in the wall cafe). The Japanese lady came here on a holiday and fell in love with a Balinese and now lives here. ...

Then we went to the Safari Park and saw a Gharial crocodile with a broken snout as it was all bent and looked weird. I got to hold an orangutan and it was sooo cute. It had prickly hair and really smooth hands and feet. The funniest part was when a big-horn cow got all tangled up in vines - it looked very silly.

In fact they even call me mommy at times, well Rachel anyhow. They smoke like chimney stacks and cuss like sailors. They're super cool and rather hilarious. Some of my favorite sayings from them thus far include:
"That is so posh!""Would anyone feel fancied to ..?""I look like rubbish.""Going to school ...
