It's snowing in CT ... expecting up to a foot of snow by mid-afternoon. So far our flight is on time out of JFK, but trying to connect with 10 other people who are coming to Tuscany on 4 different itineraries is going to be a challenge if any of our flights are delayed. But here's to the start of our vacation!!!

I've done zip lining before and know it is a lot of fun! But I never been through a tree top obstacle course- so I'm thinking it's like a jungle gym but I was wrong. More like boot camp on cable wires- high above the ground....but i must say none-the-less exciting and tons of fun.

made a pitstop in Fairfield Connecticut for the night to visit somefamily and see if Long Island Sound had any kiting to offer us duringour layover.
