    ... don't do them. Street lamps? Guess what - don't do them either! Pretty soon were pulling up to the kaleidoscope of colours that was the funfair at Old Orchard Beach. The beach was a huge expanse of sand that seemed to go on forever in the distance. We wandered around the fair, sipping our freshly squeezed lemonade and enjoying being somewhere so fun and lively.     ... and by the time we got out everyone was a stir. The clouds above were thick black and people were talking "tornado". OH NO!!!! Got back to camp and got soaked running 5 feet from the truck to the door. There was lots of rain and thunder during dinner but the oooo's and aaaaa's of eating our lobster drowned it out.

    The plan today was to go down the coast of Maine, seeing the sights and doing some shopping at the outlet stores in Kittery. If time allowed we planned to go to a brewery in Portland as well but since it closed at 5 it was a long shot and it turned out that we were overly ambitious.
