... the Le Sphinx Roof (on the roof of our hotel) and could see the Great Pyramid from our table. The view from our room is also really neat. We can see the pyramid from our balcony! The concierge told us we had the best room in the hotel (probably tells everyone that).

... while driving around Cairo. Overall Egyptian (Cairo) life is pretty hectic. The roads are in a far better condition than those on Delhi. I guess the lack of rainfall creating potholes has a lot to do with it. The traffic itself appears more organised and moves faster too. I think I could hire a car and drive here, certainly wouldn't try it in India! Mind you, I'd be looking to "rent-a-wreck" as I wouldn't like to be responsible for an undented vehicle!!
