    Personally I found this ride very hard today, the first 4 of 5 kms seemed quite bearable but the last eight was a battle, Our form man Shane kept a great pace and finished strongly, Nat as usual cruised up the climb with that all day smile....

    Trust your enjoying the posts form our cycling adventure.....I have been in stitches with the gold coming from Andrew ....he is our resident blogger and has set a very high bench mark!

    After our short warm up ride yesterday we venture to the really big hills TODAY.....and there will be a tale or two to tell.......

    ... length to a beautiful waterfall and then returned via a high-level trail above the tree-line which to be honest was a bit hairy. Any lapse of concentration and a slip and if the trees didn't stop you I suspect it would have been messy. But that’s all part of the thrill and I made it safely.
