... seen. We had an awesome view of Santa Cruz from the balconies to our side, and the chairs we sat in were so comfy they felt like sofas. Our coordinators treated us tonight to some fresh wine and Sangrķa, and we got constant refills on bread--which I always love. Dinner was different for everyone, because we actually got to order our own food tonight (a rare occasion here). I had a salad for my first course (it was really more like cole slaw, but they call it "ensalada cubana") ...

It was so worth it though.

It was so cool to meet our new fellows, and I loved going to the beach and seeing the mountains, so I had ...

Week 4

... cool today because we had two people show up! Sergio from my other lesson and Marc, the surgeon who previously let me know he couldn't always make it to class, came today and Ameenah and I got to talk to them in a 2 by 2 class. Marc wanted to know about our education system, so we told them how Elementary school, middle school and high school work in the US and compared it to their system. It was a great class, but what was really cool is that they told us we could ...
