This morning Graham and Christine (old family friends of the Eads) joined us for breakfast. It was a full house with Nicky, Ben and Abigail also staying. Poor Ben was all upset when he had to go off to school. Must have felt like he was missing out on all the fun. Nicky's 40th in Bath
... the bus in and went to Bath Thermal Spa. We met Christine (Jen's old friend) and her daughters Sharon & Sarah as well. There were four floors you could use and we started with the rooftop pool. It was soooooo warm. It was like a spa. But when you first stripped off, the pavers were absolutely freezing, so you had to rush on tiptoes to get into the water to get warm. Next was the third floor which offered spa treatments, but none of us had anything. ...

Glastonbury & Shepton Mallet
... shopping. We stopped for a hot chocolate at Starbucks, then picked up Nicky's birthday present (a nice watch). Steve took Jonah down to his old Rugby club to catch up with some old friends, before joining us back home for lunch. Cornwall - Bodmin, Lanlivery & Dobwells
... clotted ice cream. They had a ball! Around 4pm we put our coats and boots on yet again and headed to see Geoff's Aunt Ann in Dobwells. Again, everyone had turned out to see us (not sure if we are a novelty or not??) and Anne's daughter and her family were there, and her son Richard as well. More tea, coffee, scones & biscuits followed. We left there around 6pm and arrived home around 8pm. Kids fell asleep 20mins after leaving. ...
