Spur of the moment trip to LA!
... the previous day. It was an enjoyable day and we arranged a place to be picked up at 4.30pm to drive back to Flagstaff that night. It was a long drive back but we made plenty of stops along the way and arrived back in Flagstaff at 2am. We then had project at 7am the next day!
Overall, it was a really enjoyable trip and I'm glad I've seen Los Angeles now, only one place left on my list I had of places to go while here... San Diego!

Goodbye shiny lights! Hello alot of waiting!!

I caught my flight from Obihiro at 10:15am. I bought my final omiyage (souvenirs) and then had to say my final goodbye to two of my coworkers. I sat down with one of them and had a little chat about how great Ashoro is. I then hugged them and wished them all the best and it was through security I go. It's official.
