    We're definitely trying to cram a lot in, to make the most of our total trip time of just under 5 months! Rather than heading straight to Boston, we thought we'd 'pop in' to Cape Cod for a mooch around.

    ... The "HaPenny House" was chosen because it offers 9 spacious bedrooms, all with private baths and cable TV. They have a brand new-gourmet kitchen and a large dining area that seats 12. We found we could relax on the screened in porch furnished with antique wicker or enjoy the shade of the private brick garden area.

    ... sand beach and the other is an inland saltwater lagoon, rocky and protected by a two lane wide paved road. The ride in the morning is great, wind at your back, few cyclists and joggers, beaches empty. You stop every now and then to take some photos of the ocean or the trail. The only thing that you watch out for the sand on the road--especially near bridges or parking lots, you don't want to be skidding out.
