... we were told would be a lot better than it was, then got into our groups, had a group photo taken, went over the boat rules and hit the water. It took a good 45 mins to an hour to get out to the area with the whale sharks, the sea was pretty rough and everyone seemed as nervous as Bobbie and I, I just kept thinking hundreds of people do this everyday and nothing goes wrong so we will be fine. Today we had a wonderful boat journey to Isla Mujeres. It was really hot and sunny. We stopped for a while to go snorkelling and saw heaps of fish. Some people saw a barracuda and others saw a starfish. The water was warm and about 3 metres deep. We then arrived at the island and had an awesome lunch. There were burgers, tortillas, ...
