Day 7: Rainy Day in Old Town
... leave me alone so I can start eating. Boy did he prove me wrong. The chef passionately explained the 3 ways to eat tempura to us. First just dipping a sweetened soy sauce which is the only way we do it. Second is dipping the tempura in salt. Third is with a salt and curry powder mix.
