... friend of Annalia's. I am seeing a slice of Italian life in all these visits. A truly grand apartment complete with family heirlooms and beautifully decorated, an apartment that has a family feel to it full of books and original artwork that Ettore and his mother have created, and a house in the country where there are home grown peaches and tomatoes, hazelnuts, almonds and greens served for ...

We weaved our way back to catch the bus back to Asti. Pity the passengers who had to share the bus with our rowdy mob.
