Actually Jim drove me and our luggage over to Walmart's Parking lot, dropped us off, me and luggage, drove the car back to our parking space, at our apartment, and walked back to Walmart to wait for the bus.

I noticed an ad in the Roanoke Times about this travel company right here in Roanoke. Sounded like something we ...

... large and moving. It is hard to describe, but the memorial is spread out and breaks down the day into various parts as you move through the memorial grounds. I have uploaded some pictures to give you a feel for the immensity of the place. We also saw a veteran slowly moving through the memorial with his family which just added to the moment.

It was extremely hot so we ...
