After the first crazy night back, we felt the amount of alcohol the next morning. No one came out of bed before, at least, 1 pm. On Friday we stayed in most of the day then, went out for pizza and, of course, a pint :D and ended up watching movies in the TV room. Somehow no one ended up going out. That was different on Saturday though! I went to the hairdresser because I really had to. I hate that feeling when you are touching your hair and it is so much shorter all of a ...

... Maritime Museum's collection of shipwrecks which housed three Dutch ships who'd met their demise off the WA Coast in the 16-1800's. Most interesting was the Dutch East India Co ship Batavia, who's crew had started to mutiny, but had been hit by a storm and wrecked on the Abrolhos Islands off Geraldton. Time to leave Perth and to start work :( Had a great time in Perth made a few friends and have seen most of the city. Would have been nice to visit some other beaches around the area but is a bit hard without a car and unfortunately no tuk tuks to take us on cheap taxi journeys like in Asia! Glad to be starting work nearly in desperate need for cash and is want to get as many of my visa days done as ...

    ... figure.

Oh, BTW, we saw Kate Cebrano at Sydney airport! :)

The hotel was basic but did the job. We had pizza in the room for dinner, at 9:30pm Perth time (11:30pm NSW time), so we were starving by then. The pizzas were great (why can't Armidale Dominos make pizzas like that???). And the delivery guy was exemplary (Kev's word), cheerful, easy-going and pleasant all round. Well done Perth Dominoes!

Oh, and Cheeky Monkey Brewery, Belgian IPA really good :)

... it has movie making functions (if required). It has a "real view" viewfinder as well as illuminated viewing panel. The panel allows function visibility around the edge and is also touchscreen. I use a 12-50 mm lens as standard and a 75-300 mm lens to get close up shots. I also carry 4 x ScanDisk Extreme Pro SD cards. Each has a 8 GB capacity and 95 MB/s speed availability. Plus ...
