... at all, only people walk or ride their bikes. We "parked" up as it were and headed for the bakery which we were told was one of the best here in Western Oz (Not sure if it beats Holtons Nan but very tasty all the same) Jack and me shared a sausage roll with cheese and bacon while Philip and Maureen had a sarnie and we then needed to collect our supplies for the rest of the day as when you leave the village centre there are no water stops across the island only little ...

      ... imported drinks!

We then went home and Jack and me had a quick dip in the surreal sitting in their pool looking into the lounge where a Christmas tree is..don't think I could have a Christmas in the sun!! Would miss mulled wine to much haha!! We finished the day with a steak cooked on the Barbie..even had a vegetable stir fry with broccoli (Julie will be impressed!) And called it a night quite early on to catch up with sleep!

... monster munch and other renown British treats. There were some cute boutiques with good sales on, but sadly for me & Jo the couple of things we liked they didn't have in our sizes. Heading out the other end onto the high street again we came across a golden statue, I couldn't quite work out if it was a real statue or one of those street entertainers waiting to have pennies put in the pot to put on a show. The last shop on the list was a visit to pandora for Jo, completing her ...

... Dymocks with books under their arms. Turns out they were waiting for John Howard to arrive for a book signing. I am reading his first book and just happened to have with me, so we joined the queue and got his signature and a photo!!
Went for a drive to look at some of the northern beaches and went to the movies. When we came out it had been RAINING!!! It has also been quite cool and we have had to put jumpers on! We miss the hot ...
