other things which have been happening.... many of us had mid term exams a few weeks ago so this month has also been busy with a lot of studying! i went to toronto island with a few friends one saturday and we had a walk around.. it has also been starting to get very cold! i expect it will snow sometime in the next few weeks yay! now its time to begin another busy month, this weekend im off to new york and the new weekend chicago! yay

... seventh annual Zombie Walk.. As it’s Halloween next week, it seems this has become a celebrated tradition across the Downtown area, and one that I thought couldn’t scare me too much in the light of day. How scary could a few zombies be after a week of models, designers, stylists, and wannabes?

We then went on to the Distillery area, hosting the old distillery and plenty of trendy art galleries and bars in the beautiful old red bricks buildings (brought a bit of nostalgia of London... aaawww...). We stopped there to have a look inside the distillery, and then, soaking wet after walking all day in pouring rain, we decided we just HAD to stop at the chocolate factory for a mug ...

... my mouth! There was a little farmers market as well where we tried some local produce one of which was a plant that tasted like aniseed which I had to be poliete and pretend to like. I did such a good job the lady went and got me some more!! BLURGH. They were giving out free Martini samples as well so we had a little cocktail for free too. My kinda day :)
