... een beetje in shock waren. Het duurde even eer we iedereen hadden teruggevonden (1 kerel bleek spoorloos), maar achteraf ging de pret gewoon door. Voor ons dan toch. Dit maakte van onze eerste raftervaring een spannende en sensationele belevenis. Toen we het water uitkwamen, kregen we opnieuw een muggenplaag te verduren. Bart zijn maag was helemaal dooreengeschud op de wilde golven en hij sloeg de avondmaaltijd over. Tijd voor bed!

Inca Flat with little elevation change makes for a perfect pace to practice using the walking poles (which I once thought to be ridiculous, more on that later) and to further honour your body and it´s capabilities by perfecting a deliberate and measured pace.
