... d tried unsuccessfully on previous trips, and Darrell onsighted 'She's the Bosch', a fabulous 40 metre 5.11c (about French 6c+) that he'd tried previously. And we did the easy multi-pitch route up Jackson's Thumb....well, easy from a technical point of view, but it involved a half hour walk in, then 160 metres of climbing, an exciting abseil, then another hour walk out - quite an adventure!

Some think we are crazy winging things, but I feel the more people we meet over there, the more we will learn. We climbed a fairly steep grade west away from the lake up into the Cache National Forest, then followed the river down the canyon to Logan. This canyon is a true gem in the backwoods of Utah.
