cloud in the sky, cobble stone streets, perfect breeze and weather. At
the first beach we went to there were inner tube and banana boat rides
so of course we took a banana boat ride. The town very much resembled
the south of France. That night we went to a great pizza restaurant and there was a small
music group playing outside for entertainment. Great fun.

Traveling northeast a few hours from Rio de Janeiro we planted ourselves in Buzios for a few days. Buzios is a small beach town outlined by 17 different beaches. UPDATE
... for me to learn (knowing Spanish and French is helping tons). After Italian...who knows...I may challenge myself with German. I did a semester of Russian at the University of Ottawa back in 1999 and liked that as well...but here in Brazil you are more likely to find a German teacher than a Russian one!
