After the snorkelling we headed back for a buffet lunch and relax in the hammocks. ...

This first day we arrived we rented bikes from the hostel ($r10) and cycled to Banheiros Municipale (7km from Bonito). Make sure to get a good bike as there are some pretty tough hills along the way! This is a local park which is centered around the local Formoso river. It is a nice relaxing spot where the locals go to sunbathe and swim with the fish. The daily rate is $r15 per person
