... pics). We were sandwiched among the many cruise bus folks. In the afternoon went to the Antique Auto Museum. Lovely both enjoyed it! Private collection of early 1900 autos with hilarious movie clips of car trips around 1910 and all kinds of women's fashions of the time. In the evening went to the meeting and met some wonderful folks. BTW people in Fairbanks really like living here despite the extremes in weather.

... didn't feel like we really knew Fairbanks. We drove around downtown some more and took a few pictures and ventured out the Steese Hwy. Chena Hot Springs was 56 miles away and too far to go so we went out to the site of Fox an old gold mining town and found instead Silver Gulch Brewery - a great brewery with a good food menu also.
