... From there I wandered around the Pike Place Markets, which were only just starting to set-up. Still, there was a bit of a buzz around with the fish markets and fruit stalls all getting ready for the day. I watched the local cheeses being made and checked out the flower shops in the corridors. Given the time of year (winter) the Markets are only about half full but it was good to see them none-the-less.

... so you couldn't necessarily see as far as the mountains, but what we could see was very, very green.
Unfortunately we didn't have a lot of spare time after our meal, because we had to get back to the hotel so we could catch the shuttle to our VERY FIRST NFL GAME! ... we drove down to last night. A tour of the Ballard Park neighborhood and a wonderful gelato at Ambrosia's, not on the Paleo diet. Fabulous restaurants and great people watching spot.
A sweet potato hash and turkey chorizo with eggs for a wonderful, healthy breakfast, poolside and a little chillin by the pool today.
Of course I will go to Pike's Market.. and tonight karaokee at the Rickshaw! I will let Syl do the singing.
