What we've been up to

A travel blog entry by michi40

I've been doing a little writing, but haven't published because it's been a hassle connecting to the internet and finding a place to type. Right now I'm in a small café taking up space and drinking way too many cappuccinos. It's high season here and hotels are fully booked even at ridiculous prices - rooms are going at a premium. He offered some suggestions for motorbike rentals and we took note. There are various stories of rip-off schemes ...

In Transition

A travel blog entry by swilson79

Hey peeps! Our time in Vietnam has come to close! We had a great last night in Hanoi, wandering around the crazy city. We kept our usual style and ate at some of the street sites that the locals eat. It is always great food, and this time Dmitry tested his appetite again, by eating a pigeon. It came fried up, with the head sitting there smiling at him, bon appetite! The next morning we departed for Thailand. After a lot ...
