    After lunch, we headed back to our hotel and were collected for our transfer to the train station. Bangkok Train station is basically a huge tin shed with seats in it. We checked our tickets in and rang the kids while we waited to board our train for our overnight trip to Chiang Mai.

    Spent the day looking around Siam Square, a very large shopping mall area. The Thailand food festival has a lot of stalls selling good cheap food, so we will not go hungry.
