    Warmer today Rob to gym on the promenade. Breakfast then read paper. Swim in sea but v. cold so try the bottom pool- warmish. Sunbathe the shower and go to town for Tapas and beer at little bar by the supermarket.very good. Walk a little way past the ferry and back to room.
