... up some 5km south of Teplice in the village of Parsovice!?! This was the third navigational mistake today, probably adding another 15km to our ride! Corrected this mistake quickly and rode into our overnight stay at 4:30pm, some 8 hours after leaving Olomouc; this was supposed to be an easy 50km ride today but we ended with 65km on the clock! ... were the same! But it filled us up, went for a walk around the old town walls, pretty impressive. Then we heard what sounded like Blues music coming from one of the town squares, investigated and sure enough, there was a 5 piece Blues band outside a cafe belting out some really good Blues in English. Sat there for an hour listening, a few locals were enthralled, may not have heard this type of music before? Back to our Pension for the night, write up FB and the Blog! ...

... It drizzled rain right through this 6km long gorge but the sky was clear when we exited the northern end! PM - Had lunch here in Skalni Mlyn, a scungy hot dog with mustard, not a good choice! A bit about these caves; the Punkva caves are an extension of the longest cave system in the Czech Republic whose corridors are over 30km long!
