      Not the best area but a great little hotel for a stop over between port and airport, £18 a night with breakfast. good choice of food. can get anywhere easily.

      High seas prevented any thoughts of diving today so our Plan B was white water rafting on the Cagayan River. When this river flooded in 2011 it killed 14,000 and left low lying areas devastated - it's quite a river. We were picked up downtown in a Jeepney by our guides from Bugsay rafting.
